So i picked a Bitty-esque recipe from this book with those signature ATK scientific secrets 🍝 like warming the bowl so the alfredo sauce stays hotter a little longer- because this dish needs to be eaten absolutely molton hot fresh out of the pan 🧀
This book is grouped by ingredients instead of dishes, so the sequence of recipes feels a little random. But there are many helpful tricks and the layout is easy to follow. Tho ATK is not my personal approach to cooking, their recipes always deliver 💯
