Food Matters

Oh Bitty, my imaginary Jewish uncle. So grumpy, but so lovable. @markbittman books taught me to cook and remain the foundation of my kitchen philosophy- there is a fastest, easiest way to make pretty much everything with delicious results. His “flexitarian” inclinations, while still embracing sustainable meat, with a repertoire inspired by all cuisines/cultures is exactly how i always want to eat.

Food Matters and the companion cookbook are an overview of sustainable eating for the environment and health, which boils down to more veggies + whole grains 🤗 This dish fennel & orange with tapenade and a salad of simply dressed greens are quintessential #CookBitt 🍊🧡
