Jerusalem

Dearest @ottolenghi 💕 these pages are spattered with years of love and use. His books transport me to the summer i spent in Israel and fell in love with the food. Every meal is a rainbow of freshness, so vibrant that you do not miss meat.

Vegetarian cooking is my comfort zone, so every single recipe in this book is calling my name. I went back to an old standby for fattoush – forgot how much raw garlic is in it, next time will use 1 clove instead of 2 so i’m not breathing fire all day 🐉

Had half of a pomegranate begging to be used, so added for garnish – I think Yotam and @sami_tamimiwould approve 🌈
