Roasted beets with creamy tahini yogurt dressing 🥰 this was one of those recipes that used up produce that needed to be eaten and was delicious- but leafing through the book there were so many others i want to try like kugel with 🥓 i love these books that jump around based on travels or family stories, not organized by category. This one is filled with gorgeous photos and personal history of @alonshaya’s life. Thanks @jartsboston for my signed copy 😘
